CRM User Training

This hands-on training course teaches employees how to effectively use Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It takes employees thru the sales, marketing and customer service modules discussing concepts, tasks, navigation & processes. It teaches them how to create and work with customer records, campaigns, lists and reports.
