We have developed, with input from Carnegie Mellon, a unique method of assessing and improving the maturity level of sales organizations based on the Capability Maturity Model, the gold standard for software development processes, called the Sales Maturity Model. The model assess a sales organization's processes over the complete customer life cycle, enabling companies to improve process and make them repeatable. Since we believe that repeatable processes allow you to win more business and shorten sales cycles, we use our Sales Maturity Model to create best practice processes that are not only efficient, but adopted by your employees.
