Microsoft Dynamics CRM offers a number of reporting options. System administrators can create views that permit users to quickly and easily find relevant information. Users can easily create their own custom views on-demand to find and display most information in CRM.

Using Microsoft Excel, users can quickly create reports of more comprehensive data analysis, including the use of pivot tables.

For the most sophisticated reporting needs and for highly formatted reports, SQL Reporting Services is integrated.
